
What you'll need:
Fabric
Matching Thread and Needle
Scissors
Bamboo Skewer
Glue
Circle Templates
Button

Make 2 circular templates
A bigger one for the petals, and a smaller one for the flower base.
Cut out 10 of the big circles in your fabric
and 2 of the smaller circle.
(I cut out an extra 2 - for spares, just in case!)

Grab your skewer and glue the wrong side of one of your smaller circles.
Place the skewer (tip side) onto the circle..

then place the second smaller circle on top and sandwich your skewer inside =)
Leave your skewer to dry for a bit
and take one of your big circles
and take one of your big circles
fold it in half
then fold the bottom curve over into the point at the base of the 'D' shape

Once you're happy with the shape
Make a few stitches at the point just to secure it =)

Repeat the above steps on all your big circles,
then apply glue to your circle base and start arranging your petals like above =)

Keep applying that glue
and don't worry if you need to overlap the petal 'points' in the center =)

It's a pinwheel (^_^)
Pop a matching button in the center just to pretty her up =)
